The Panvel-Matheran Road NAINA Development Scheme was developed by Talreja Advisory & Consultancy Services (TACS) with reservations and zoning that affected the property. Both "Best Case" and "Worst Case" scenarios were presented. The NAINA Scheme became inapplicable due to the Interim Development Plan's refusal to approve the relocation reservations. Our goal was and still is to carefully examine the proposals, point out all necessary or granted approvals, and highlight any project-related risks. In terms of the potential for land development, we endeavor to determine the Maximum Potential under the terms of current Policies and Regulations of the Government.
